Mane Stream has nine full-time staff, three part-time staff and one part-time seasonal staff. There is usually someone in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00.
Nichola Redmond, Executive Director
Nichola is the executive director of Mane Stream. She is in charge of overseeing the operation of the entire program, fundraising and interfacing with the Mane Stream Board of Directors

Kathy Brennan, Program Director/ Instructor
As the Program Director at Mane Stream, Kathy organizes and oversees all programs. She is also an Equine Specialist, PATH certified instructor, driving instructor and mentor, and teaches adaptive horsemanship.

Gina Taylor, MS, OT, HPCS Therapy Coordinator/ Instructor
Gina is a NJ licensed Occupational therapist and a PATH certified instructor. She coordinates the Equine Assisted Therapy program at Mane Stream and provides OT services to our clients.

Carol coordinates the many volunteers who give their time at Mane Stream. She hosts volunteer orientation for all new volunteers.

Jim Heimbuch, Facilities Maintenance
Jim is the go-to man for keeping Mane Stream in tip-top running order. Jim can be found fixing fences, mowing fields and doing general repairs around the facility.
